This role focuses on turning agricultural data into decision-ready intelligence. You will work with agronomy, product, and engineering teams to improve the logic behind crop selection, nutrient planning, and field recommendations.

- Model soil, crop, and field data for recommendation workflows
- Design experiments that improve recommendation quality and reliability
- Partner with agronomy and engineering teams on production-ready decision systems
- Translate model outputs into usable insights for product and operations
